Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launches, sales campaigns, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping locations

We currently ship within Singapore. Additional shipping locations may be added as the store expands. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and order size. Final shipping fees will be shown before payment is completed.

Incorrect shipping information

Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are correct before completing your order. Performance Pickleball Shop is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery timing is managed by the courier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos where applicable.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery estimates are shown as cards so they stay clean and readable on mobile.

Singapore Standard Shipping

2–5 business days

Estimated after order processing and courier pickup.

Express Shipping

1–3 business days

Available only when shown at checkout.

International Shipping

7–21 business days

Available only for selected locations and may be affected by customs.

What if I entered the wrong address?
