WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

At Performance Pickleball, we stand behind the products we sell and work closely with our global brand partners to ensure all warranty and return requests are handled fairly and efficiently.

As an authorised retailer and distributor for top global brands, warranty assessments are conducted in accordance with each manufacturer's warranty policy and guidelines.

Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please contact us before returning any item.

To help us assess your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Purchase Platform (Performance Pickleball website, retail store, marketplace, etc.)
  • Date of Purchase
  • Description of the issue (as detailed as possible)
  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue

Providing complete information upfront will help reduce processing time and minimise the need for additional follow-up.

Please note that warranty coverage varies by brand and product, but generally covers manufacturing defects for a limited period from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, improper use, misuse, abuse or unauthorised modifications.

Warranty Assessment Process

Upon receiving your claim, our team will review the information provided and advise on the next steps. Depending on the product, brand and nature of the issue, customers may be required to return the product for further inspection before a warranty determination can be made.

Warranty assessment timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the claim and the manufacturer's review requirements. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Return Shipping for Warranty Assessment

Where a physical inspection is required, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to Performance Pickleball for assessment unless otherwise advised.

If the claim is approved, any replacement, repair or other resolution will be managed in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Returns & Change of Mind

We understand that circumstances may change after your purchase. Subject to the conditions below, Performance Pickleball generally accepts change-of-mind returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in brand new condition.
  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags and documentation intact.
  • Show no signs of use, damage or wear.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Performance Pickleball reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or where the product is deemed unsuitable for resale.

Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
